Now you can connect clockodo with your Debitoor account and create bills out of the time tracking system.
You can handle absences as fulfilled planned hours in clockodo. Until now, the times were automatically reset to zero. Now you can choose between the two ways of handling absence times.
For clockodo, there is an open source API client for Node.js available now. All software connections work via the clockodo REST-API.
Now you can mark a project in clockodo as completed. With this feature, you can analyze the revenue of your company more detailed. Furthermore, you can bill projects with budgets in clockodo now.
In the near future, we will launch a new kind of project budget handling which influences the access right system. We hereby want to inform you about this and ask you for your feedback if this causes problems with your current workflow.
In the course of the introduction of monthly planned hours, we have also reworked the management of overtime, so that a few changes arise in the co-worker reports.
Additionally to the possibility to define planned hours on a weekly basis, they now can be defined on a monthly basis.
The creation of invoices from clockodo has been reworked. Easier input options and more features are waiting for you!
Our previous reports generator is now named “reports builder” and has some new possibilities.
You are now able to export the co-worker report in another display type, namely a classic table representation.
