What is included in the free trial period?

During the 14-day free trial period you can use the complete functionality of Clockodo. Working and project time recording, absence management and evaluations of working and project times are available to you without restrictions.

What happens after the free trial period?

After you have tested Clockodo for 14 days free of charge, you decide which package you will use in the future. You book the corresponding subscription directly in your account. The data entered during the test phase remains.

What does Clockodo cost?

Clockodo is available in different tariff levels, which include different numbers of functions. In all tariffs you pay per user and per month. For 20 users or more, we will be happy to create an individual offer for you. With Clockodo there are no hidden costs: no setup fee, no maintenance costs, no chargeable support.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, for solo self-employed (1 user), Clockodo offers a Free plan at €0 per month. It includes almost all features of the Pro plan and is valid for a maximum of one user. Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes. With annual payment you save 5% in each tariff.

What are the costs for updates?

None. With Clockodo there are no hidden additional costs. Software updates, improvements, extensions and new functions are already included in your price and will be installed automatically. You will receive information about this via our newsletter and blog.

What is the minimum contract period of Clockodo?

Your Clockodo subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current contract period.

How can the Clockodo contract be cancelled?

Up to the day before the contract renewal, you can cancel your contract directly in your account yourself. We would of course very much regret this and therefore ask you to approach our Customer Success Team with questions and requests beforehand, so that we can solve your challenges together.
