From time to time we receive inquiries about how it is possible to change the billing address. This can be done in a few steps on the administrative website.

To allow you to connect other systems with clockodo, we published the clockodo API. As a REST-API, it enables the integration of applications such as project management or accounting applications. Also the use of own shell scripts is possible.

On the administrative website it is possible to manage master data like "Costumers & projects", "Services" and "Co-workers". You can deactivate and delete the master data.

A new update of the iPhone app is now available in the App Store. It eliminates issues with the current iOS version.

With the help of so-called lump sum entries, it is possible for you to record unique fixed costs or expenses. Unlike normal time entries, the lump sum entries don’t have a duration, but only a revenue. In this way you can record for example travel costs, expenses or purchases for the customer.

During the optimization of clockodo we have recently made changes to the report. From now on reports will save settings of report templates.

The revised time clock brings many new features and is intended to make the work with it more simple. Within a short time, this clock will also be available as mobile app in your app store and as new desktop client for your operating system.
