Payroll export
With the new cutoff date feature for the Co-worker Report, you generate exactly the data range your payroll team needs – automatically and reliably. For example, set the 20th of each month as your company-wide payroll cutoff date. The export will then always include the period from the 21st of the previous month to the 20th of the current one. No manual input, no calendar cross-checking.
This feature ensures your exports match your internal processes and the expectations of external payroll partners. A consistent cutoff date adds structure, saves time, and minimizes the risk of errors when selecting the correct period.

How to define your payroll cutoff date
In the Co-worker Report, click the “Export” button and select “Export for payroll accounting.” A dialog will open where you can define your company’s payroll cutoff date – for example, the 20th of each month. From then on, the export dialog will automatically select the matching time frame.
The setting applies company-wide and ensures fast and consistent exports.
More flexibility with custom time frames
In addition to the new cutoff date, you can export data for any custom time frame. Klick the Export-Button and choose the option “CSV export of the working times, cumulated”. Enter the desired start and end dates directly in the export dialog.
Whether for a calendar month, a quarter, or a custom payroll cycle, the export includes all relevant totals: working time, overtime, holidays, sick leave, and other absences. You also capture special cases accurately, such as co-worker terminations or irregular working hour models.
