Sync co-worker data with Personio
Clockodo expands its integrations by adding a connection to the popular HR software, Personio. This new feature simplifies the transfer of co-worler data and significantly reduces the effort required for data management.
What features does the integration offer?
The connection between Clockodo and Personio allows for automatic co-worker data imports:
- Add new co-workers in Personio and easily transfer them to Clockodo.
- Depending on their start date, they will appear either in the co-worker list or in the archive. New users created in Personio during an ongoing connection are transferred to the archive (unless their start date is more than one week in the future).
- Update basic co-worker information in Personio, such as name or email address, and Clockodo immediately reflects the changes.
- When a co-worker leaves the company and is deactivated in Personio, he is archived in Clockodo as well. The associated clockodo-license becomes available again instantly.

Where can you access the synchronization?
Once you’ve established the connection between Clockodo and Personio under the “Apps and Add-Ons” tab, you’ll find the Connection dashboard there. This dashboard allows you to import co-workers from Personio, view their connection status, and see a summary with explanations if any errors occur during data transfer.
To establish a connection between Personio and Clockodo, simply go to the Personio Marketplace. Here you will find the Clockodo profile page and set up the interface with just a few clicks.
Preview: Sync absence data
We are already working on extending the integration. Soon, you’ll be able to transfer absence data such as sick leave, vacation, or parental leave from Clockodo to Personio. This will enable streamlined absence management across both systems.
We’ll update you on this blog as soon as the new feature becomes available.
