Bill your tracked hours directly in WISO MeinBüro. The invoice is created from your time entries with all line items, without you having to manually enter hours and services.

Anyone billing through WISO MeinBüro used to handle month-end by hand: open the report in Clockodo, add up the line items, type everything into the invoice. The new connection between both applications takes over that work. You choose what to bill in the reports builder, and the invoice is waiting for you in WISO MeinBüro.

Customers and articles come from WISO MeinBüro into Clockodo, and your billable hours go back as a finished invoice.

An example from everyday work: Nina runs an agency with eight co-workers and bills twelve customer projects at the end of each month. She used to spend half a day on reports and invoicing, and every retyped line item was a possible mistake. Today she filters by customer and timeframe in the reports builder, bills the hours and reviews the invoice in WISO MeinBüro. Half a day has turned into a few minutes per customer.

How to Bill Your Hours

Billing starts where you evaluate your hours anyway. In the reports, you select the relevant entries and transfer them to WISO MeinBüro. Clockodo transfers your line items along with their hourly rates and applies the default tax rate you set once for the connection.

In WISO MeinBüro, the items are then available in full as an order, from which you can generate an invoice with just one click. That way you keep the final say over what reaches your customer. 

Import Customers and Articles From WISO MeinBüro

For the invoice to add up, both applications need to speak about the same customers and services. That is why Clockodo imports your customers and articles from WISO MeinBüro. You continue to maintain your master data in WISO MeinBüro, and the transferred line items land with the right customer automatically. 

How to Connect Clockodo With WISO MeinBüro

1. Open „Eigene Erweiterungen" in WISO MeinBüro
2. Select Clockodo and install it
3. Check the default tax rate for the connection
4. Import your customers and articles into Clockodo
5. Bill time via the reports builder or project reports
