Improved absence planner
We have revised the absence planner and equipped it with new features, further simplifying vacation planning.
Display requested absences
If an employee requests leave or another absence, the requests now appear directly in the Planning board and in the Calendar for absences. You can recognise requests that have not yet been approved by the dimmed colour. If an owner or manager approves the absence, the colour changes automatically. If he or she rejects it, the entry disappears. By means of a switch on the respective page, you can decide whether you want to have the requested absences displayed.
The function further simplifies the planning of absences and overlapping absences are avoided.
What else is new?
You can now create and edit absences directly in the planner. Simply click on a vacant day in the calendar or drag to create an absence. Alternatively, click on an existing entry to edit it.
Soon, you will also be able to approve or reject requested absences directly in the planner.
