Share report presets

Owners and managers now have the option to share their own report presets from the reports builder with other owners and managers. For an even faster overview.

Create report presets

In the report builder you can create presets for the report settings. To do this, create the report with the grouping and filters that you need. Click the "Save preset" button in the upper right corner and enter a name for the template in the dialog. Select whether the report should be dynamically adjusted or not and save.

Share report presets

As an owner or manager, you can share templates with other owners and managers. You can get to your report templates by clicking on "Save preset" in the builder. Here you will see all saved templates and next to them the option to share them. Click on "Share template". Other owners and managers will see the template in their own user account in the same place and can use it.
