Overnight data transfer: No manual steps
After activation, Clockodo pulls all relevant data from the connected invoicing tool once every night. Depending on the integration settings, Clockodo imports data on customers, projects, and services.
All systems stay up to date without extra work.
How to activate the automatic import
Open the Add-Ons section in Clockodo and go to Link up to an online billing application. Select Data import.
Switch on the Automatic daily synchronization – individually for customers, projects, and services. Choose what to include and let Clockodo handle the rest.
Once activated, the nightly sync runs without further action.
