Review work time violations faster

Clockodo now consolidates violations of work time regulations in one place. You no longer need to search through individual timetables or work time accounts.

In the “Review work times” tile on the dashboard, you now find work time violations alongside requests for changes to work times. In the work time account overview, you can also access a consolidated view via the “Requests and violations” menu in the top right corner.

The new overview creates more clarity in your daily routine. You immediately see where action is required and hide irrelevant notices with one click.

Benefits and how it works

Previously, violations appeared only separately in work time accounts and in the timetable. This made it harder to maintain an overview, especially with many co-workers.

Now, you find all violations in one place.

• The dashboard displays violations of work time regulations centrally in the “Review work times” tile.
• Requests for changes to work times remain visible there as well.
• After reviewing a violation, you can hide it. In this case, it no longer appears for you or other co-workers in the review view. In the work time account, however, the affected day remains permanently marked as a violation, and you can view it there at any time.
• Clicking on a request opens a detailed view, as you already know from change requests.
• The filter at the top right of the tile can be used to prevent violations from being displayed in the dashboard, so that only requests to change working hours are visible here again.
• The dashboard displays up to ten entries. You can find additional items in the “Requests and violations” menu within the work time accounts.

Please note: Violations do not appear immediately in the dashboard or in the overview. To avoid listing intermediate states of entries and triggering unnecessary processes, Clockodo displays violations with an appropriate delay. To keep the list clear, violations do not appear retroactively.

This structure helps you work in a more organized way and saves time during reviews. For hidden work time violations, the exclamation marks remain visible in work time accounts and in the timetable until you correct the recorded work times accordingly.
