Determine a project deadline

Each project can now be assigned a date on which it is automatically closed at the end of the day. From this point onwards, no more billable time entries can be posted to this project. This makes work much easier for project managers as they have both the time frame and the costs under control.

Where can I set the the project deadline?

Wird ein neues Projekt für einen Kunden angelegt, erscheint das Feld “Projektende” in der Auswahlmaske (siehe unten). Hier kann nun ein Datum ausgewählt werden.

Once the selection has been made, the end of the project is indicated by a flag in the project overview.

A deadline date can also be defined retrospectively for existing projects. To do this, simply call up the project details and enter a date.
