Analyze subprojects in the Reports builder

Thank you for your valuable feedback! Your responses to the rollout of subprojects highlighted the importance of even more precise evaluations. A frequently requested feature was the ability to group and filter subprojects directly in the reports builder – this function is now available.

Group and filter subprojects

The Reports builder now includes an option to group and filter by subprojects, provided that at least one subproject exists. This feature improves structure and enables even more precise analysis and evaluation of recorded times.

Edit subprojects as a group

The Reports builder follows a familiar principle: when editing groups of time entries, adjustments apply specifically to the details used for filtering or grouping. The same now applies to subprojects: Once grouped by subprojects, time entries previously assigned to a different project or subproject can be quickly and easily moved.

Export and invoice subprojects

Exporting as PDF or CSV and invoicing time entries via connected billing tools also applies to subprojects. This ensures a clear overview of individual project phases and allows for even more targeted use of reports.
