Favorites in the stopwatch
Speed up your time tracking with the new favorites feature. Save frequently used time entries with details of customer, project, subproject, service, description, and billability directly from a running entry in the stopwatch. The feature is now available in the web version, and follows in the desktop app, and the mobile app soon.
Faster time tracking with saved entries
At the bottom of the stopwatch, you'll find a favorites panel that you can minimize or see in full size with a single click. It holds up to eight favorites, each customizable with a name and color. This way, you stay organized even across many favorites.
One click is all it takes: the stopwatch starts with all saved details. A frame highlights the currently active favorite.
Create and manage favorites
Click a tile with plus icon to save your current stopwatch entry as a favorite in the selected position. Clockodo automatically copies all details from the running entry.
- Clicking a favorite starts the clock with the saved details.
- To update a saved favorite, press and hold the tile to overwrite it with the current entry.
- Use the “Edit” option to rearrange your favorites or remove any you no longer need.
This way, your favorites always match your current workflow.
Turn off if needed
If you don’t need the favorites feature, you can easily disable it in your user settings of the stopwatch.
