Single Sign-On with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft)

From now on, you can also log in via single sign-on (SSO) using Microsoft's Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) instead of the clockodo login data. Logged-in Azure AD users will thus immediately get into their clockodo account.

To use the feature, activate the Azure AD single sign-on solution in the application under "Add-Ons". Here you also have the option to accept this login as the only one, so that all employees can only log in via Azure AD from that moment on. To do this, tick "allow SSO only".
 

In the login screen, below the input fields for the login data, you will find the "Azure AD" button, which you can use to log in. Enter the e-mail address and password that you use for Azure AD here. The e-mail address must be the same as in the account of the clockodo user. Users who are already logged in will immediately get into the clockodo application.
 

If SSO is set as login, the login for the apps is done via a time-limited one-time password, which each user can generate in the browser application under "Personal data".
