Hourly rates per service or per project and customer

From now on, you can choose how to manage hourly rates:

• Per service
• Per project and company

While creating new time entries, the right hourly rate will be fetched. It is still possible to update the hourly rates of projects or services, without that the hourly rates of corresponding time entries will be updated. If you want them to be updated, you will find an accordant function while updating the rates.
