Customer and service default in the clock
Now you can set a default for one customer and one service. When you or your co-workers then open the clock in a browser, the desktop app, or the smartphone app, the defaults are selected automatically. Like this, all co-workers can start their clock faster at the beginning of a work day and they do not lose time unnecessarily.
To set a customer or service to default, you edit the particular entry in the Master data. In the window, you find the button “Use as company default for tracking”. Click on it, and the default is set. In the list of all customers and services you now find the note “company default” in brackets behind the chosen entries.
When you now start the clock, the chosen defaults are already selected and you can start working immediately.
