Change in the CSV export for time entries

To unify the CSV import and export for time entries, two formats have changed in CSV export.

The time format changed to the ISO-8601 format. For example, this means "2021-08-09T18:30:00Z" for August 9, 2021, 18:30 and 00 seconds. The Z stands for the UTC time zone.

The "Billable" and "Billed" columns are combined into one column: "Billable/Billed". There are three values here:

• 0: not billable
• 1: billable, not billed
• 2: billable, billed
