Absence calendar accessible for all co-workers

The absence calendar is now accessible for all co-workers so that own absences can be seen there and its export possibilities can be used by all co-workers.

Additionally, you can activate that all co-workers can see the absences of other co-workers. If you activate this option, co-workers with restricted access rights nevertheless can't see the type of absence, nor the corresponding description.
