clockodo and bexio are moving closer. The interface between the tools has been expanded with new features that make working with both clockodo and bexio simpler and better. After connecting the tools again, you can now import projects and business activities and export time entries.

Now you can select an overall default for one customer and one service. With this, the default customer and service are already selected in the clock when you start it.

Now you can create predefined lump sums and add them to your customers and projects when needed. With these, you can invoice material and travel costs, for example.

Now you can enter work breaks, for example for parental leave. The target hours will be omitted for this period.

Now you can choose additional types of absences, for example Home Office, Maternity protection, and School.

You can now enter multiline descriptions for every new time entry. The function can be deactivated for the whole company.

You can now forbid that employees can make time entries for customers without choosing a project.

The new planning board gives you an even better overview of your employees' absences.
