The color selection for customers in the timetable is available. You can now assign your desired color to a customer from a new color palette of nine colors.
From now on you can set the setting that the duration of time entries must not differ from the automatically calculated duration between start and end time. The setting is only possible for all time entries including past ones.
To unify the CSV import and export for time entries, two formats have changed in CSV export.
You can now create teams and sort your co-workers into them – for a better overview.
The drag and drop function for lump sum entries in the timetable is available. With this feature, you can now move lump sum entries to another day.
From now on, you can import time entries via CSV file in clockodo. You will find the corresponding function in the menu item "Import & Export".
The copy function for time entries is available! You can now copy a time entry in the timetable.
From now on, you can also log in via single sign-on (SSO) using Microsoft's Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) instead of the clockodo login data. Logged-in Azure AD users will thus immediately get into their clockodo account.
The timetable is now even more interactive. You can move, lengthen and shorten time entries using the drag-and-drop function. You can also see and manage lump sum entries in the timetable.
Some API endpoints have been extended with more functionality and a new one has been added.
