clockodo focusses on tracking your worktime precisely and analyzing that data by your needs. For invoicing purposes, there are many excellent applications. We integrate them into clockodo to easily transfer your time entries into invoices.
Many of our customers value in particular that time entries in clockodo can be recorded and traced precise to the second. For every task it is reproducible when the work has begun, when it was paused and when completed.
Beforehand, it was just possible to assign an hourly rate either per customer & project, per service or per co-worker. Now, you can combine these criteria and, for instance, define that a certain service is more expensive in a certain project.
Project budgets can now also be added on the basis of hours. Furthermore, now it is possible to create lump sum entries. This entries do not have a duration, but a revenue value.
In order to add time entries more rapidly, we have optimized the evaluation of user inputs. Here you can see an overview of how user input strings are now converted to durations.
Version 1.1 of the clockodo desktop client solves an issue with the new Java Update under Windows. Please download and install the new version if you have problems starting the software.
Every co-worker is now able to access reports to his own work time. Reports to work times of other co-workers, as well as project reports, can still only be accessed if the co-workers has been granted the access rights to the corresponding customer or project.
Time entries are displayed aggregated by clockodo if they belong to the same task. This permits a better overview.
clockodo backs on intuitive user interfaces like for example the drag & drop feature of the reports function. Up to now, it was not possible to change the reports composition while using an iPad or another tablet. Now it is!
Hourly rates can now be declared either per customers & project, per service or per co-worker. A future update will also allow combinations.
