You can now enter a sepcific date until which employees cannot change their time entries any more. This excludes changes after sending invoices.

A new absence calendar is available now. It summarizes the absences of all co-workers and displays them graphically.

New calender presets for nonbusiness days are available now. Altogether, there are now presets for the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium,Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France,Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden , Switzerland, USA.

We have revised the user interface to change the employee access rights. Loading times are reduced and changes are saved automatically.

New features for employee management: scheduled working hours, nonbusiness days, holidays, sick days, and compensation for overtime hours.

As a manager at “clockodo” you do not have to create all projects by your own. Also, you can give your co-workers access rights so that they can create projects. How this works, we explain in the following steps.
