Now you can enter half nonbusiness days and half sick days additionally to whole days.
In your Master Data, you find the nonbusiness days. Here, you can enter new nonbusiness days in your created nonbusiness groups. Now it is possible to check a box for a half nonbusiness day. On half nonbusiness days, the employee only has to work for half of his or her target hours. Alternatively, he or she can request a half holiday for example.
Now users can enter absence requests and check the box for a half sick day. This feature depicts the case in which an employee gets sick after half a work day. An employee does not increase overtime when he or she already worked for more than half of his or her target hours.
