clockodo complies with ECJ judgment on working times

On May 14th, the European Court of Justice judged that all employers in the EU have to track their employees complete working times. A Spanish labor union brought an action against a branch of the German bank (Deutsche Bank SAE).

With clockodo, you already comply with the judgment:

When you want to track times that do not belong to certain project, you create a customer (e.g. the name of your company) and a service (e.g. working time). Time entries with this data are added to the employee reports as well as entries for a specific project.

If you only want to track working times without any projects, you only create one customer and one service. These will be pre-selected for your team members.
