Assign individual absence managers to co-workers

Now you can assign individual absence managers to every single co-worker. When at least one absence manager is set, he alone will receive the e-mail notification about a new absence request. He can approve, decline, or change the request. Authorized managers and owners can still do so as well, but they do not receive an e-mail notification once at least one absence manager is set. With no given absence manager the notification will remain as before.

The absence manager is a co-worker with a clockodo access, no matter which role he has. You can choose an absence manager for every co-worker individually in the „Master data“.
 

Before, all authorized managers and owners received an e-mail notification about a new absence request. To reduce the messages, now you have the possibility to choose various absence managers for different co-workers.
