clockodo offers various enhancements to make the online time clock function more efficient for you, and to facilitate it from any location. All Add-Ons are of course free of charge.
The clockodo desktop client is a downloadable program with which you can use the time clock function without a web browser. The software recognizes your absence from the computer automatically and asks you on your return whether the interruption should be counted as working time.

A current Java Runtime is required for the software.
With the clockodo iPhone app, the time clock can also be used with the iPhone to track time while you are out and about. The time clock was developed as a web app, so you can install it directly from your safari web browser on your device.
With the clockodo Android app, the time clock can also be used with an android smartphone (from Version 2.1) to track time while you are out and about.

The time clock records your working hours automatically
and precisely to the second, indicating the customer/project, the service,
the billability and an optional description.
The time recording is done by the server; you can close the window in between
times or change to your mobile; the clock continues to tick throughout.
Intelligent tools are available to make operation
easier: With just two mouse clicks, you can add a new description to your
current activity, continue a task carried out in the last few days or select
from the most frequently used tasks.
Any necessary corrections such as a break that has not been registered or a
typo in the description can be carried out directly in the time clock.
